Where we ship<\/h2>\n

For now we ship only within Italy<\/strong>. If you need a shipment abroad, write to us at info@artechmotorsport.com<\/a> and we will look into it together.<\/p>\n

Courier and tracking<\/h2>\n

We ship with national express couriers<\/strong>, choosing each time the service best suited to the order and destination. When the parcel leaves you receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow the delivery.<\/p>\n

Timing<\/h2>\n

Orders are prepared and handed to the courier within 48 working hours<\/strong> of payment, for products in stock: we usually ship the next working day<\/strong>. Delivery times depend on the courier and on the destination: with the tracking number you receive by email you can follow the parcel until it is delivered. Some products, such as ECUs or custom-made looms, may take longer: in that case we will let you know before shipping.<\/p>\n

Costs<\/h2>\n

Shipping within Italy costs \u20ac14.00 including VAT<\/strong> per order, whatever the number of products. The exact cost is always shown in the cart before you confirm the order.<\/p>\n

Collection from our premises<\/h2>\n

You can choose free collection<\/strong> from our premises at Via Roma 61\/3, 38096 Vezzano (TN), by appointment<\/strong>: after the order we will contact you to arrange the day and time, or write to us at info@artechmotorsport.com.<\/p>\n

On delivery<\/h2>\n

Check that the parcel is intact. If the packaging is damaged or has been tampered with, accept the delivery with reservation<\/strong> noting it with the courier, and write to us within 7 days at info@artechmotorsport.com attaching photos: we will open the claim with the courier.<\/p>\n

Shipments outside the European Union<\/h2>\n

For deliveries outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in the price.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
