Where we ship
For now we ship only within Italy. If you need a shipment abroad, write to us at [email protected] and we will look into it together.
Courier and tracking
We ship with national express couriers, choosing each time the service best suited to the order and destination. When the parcel leaves you receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow the delivery.
Timing
Orders are prepared and handed to the courier within 48 working hours of payment, for products in stock: we usually ship the next working day. Delivery times depend on the courier and on the destination: with the tracking number you receive by email you can follow the parcel until it is delivered. Some products, such as ECUs or custom-made looms, may take longer: in that case we will let you know before shipping.
Costs
Shipping within Italy costs €14.00 including VAT per order, whatever the number of products. The exact cost is always shown in the cart before you confirm the order.
Collection from our premises
You can choose free collection from our premises at Via Roma 61/3, 38096 Vezzano (TN), by appointment: after the order we will contact you to arrange the day and time, or write to us at [email protected].
On delivery
Check that the parcel is intact. If the packaging is damaged or has been tampered with, accept the delivery with reservation noting it with the courier, and write to us within 7 days at [email protected] attaching photos: we will open the claim with the courier.
Shipments outside the European Union
For deliveries outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in the price.
