Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you buy as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receive the products. If the order includes several products delivered separately, the period runs from delivery of the last one.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made with a VAT number for business purposes.
How to exercise it
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send us, before the period expires, a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to [email protected] or by post to the address below. You may use the form at the bottom of this page, but it is not mandatory. We will confirm receipt by email.
Returning the products
You must return the products within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal, sending them to:

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you. We recommend a tracked and insured shipment: until the goods reach us, you are responsible for them.
Products must be returned intact, complete with accessories and, if possible, in their original packaging. You may handle them only as needed to establish their nature and characteristics, as you would in a shop. You are liable for any loss in value resulting from other handling: for example, a product that has been installed, wired, soldered, connected to the vehicle's electrical system or fitted with crimped connectors is no longer in the condition in which it was sold.
Refund
We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal notice. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. If you chose a more expensive delivery than the standard one, we refund only the cost of standard delivery.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
As provided by article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised: for example looms built to your specification, wires cut to length and sold by the metre, products configured or programmed at your request.
Faulty or non-conforming products
If a product arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, this is not a withdrawal but a matter for the legal guarantee of conformity: write to [email protected] with your order number and photos, and repair, replacement or refund will be at no cost to you. Details are in the Terms of sale.
